Rip. Reload. Buy back. Anyone can check it.
Every pack ends one of two ways: under-line pulls reload the next pack; hits sell and buy the coin. These are the rules and how to verify each step.
1 · What gets ripped
The default is a $25 rotation: Pokémon, Omni Pokémon, Spider-Man comics, DC comics and sports. At $200/day in creator fees, the rotation steps up to $50 packs. Twenty percent of fees saves toward Jupiter's $300 Angels pack. Packs are paid for only with claimed creator fees and under-line sell-backs. No deposits.
2 · Reload or hoard
An item worth less than 1.5× its pack price is sold back immediately at Collector Crypt's instant buyback (about 85–93% of insured value) and the USDC rips the next pack. An item at or over 1.5× is a hit.
3 · Selling hits
The team sells every hit by hand, then uses 100% of the proceeds to buy back $HOARD. The sale transaction and buy transaction are both published.
4 · The ~4× figure
Collector Crypt pool data on Oct 20 puts 1.5× hit rates around 1 in 9 for Pokémon $25, 1 in 4 for Omni Pokémon $25, 1 in 5 for One Piece $50 and 1 in 5 for Jupiter $300. Average buyback per pack opened was about $6.60, $15, $25 and $123 respectively. Pool data varies.
5 · How to verify
Every rip in the ledger links its transactions. Check them in order:
Pack paymentUSDC from the machine wallet to Collector Crypt, with the pack memo. Funded only by claimed creator fees and sell-back proceeds.Card arrivalThe pulled card asset lands in the machine wallet (turbo off), with its Collector Crypt value at pull time.Sell-backFor commons: the card goes back to Collector Crypt and USDC returns to the machine wallet, which pays for the next pack.Hit saleFor every 1.5× hit: the team sells the item and publishes the sale transaction.Coin buybackThe team uses 100% of hit-sale proceeds to buy the coin and publishes the buy transaction.
6 · Risks
- Holding the coin is not ownership of any pulled item.
- Card values are Collector Crypt's and move. A pull can be worth less than the pack.
- No trading volume means no creator fees, and no fees means no packs.
- The coin's price can fall to zero. Nothing here is a promised return.
- Collector Crypt runs the packs and instant sell-back. Their terms, fees and availability can change.
- If the machine pauses, no new packs are bought; completed sale and buy receipts stay published.
